tools.inboxed.online. If you create an account, we collect your name, email and login details, which our authentication provider handles for us. We also store the domains and information you enter or connect to a tool, such as sending or reputation data, and the reports it produces, so we can run the tool and show you your history. Our lawful basis is contract, or legitimate interests for free use.
Advertising (Meta and Google). If you accept advertising cookies, tags from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google run on our sites. They can receive your cookie and device identifiers, the ad click ID from the link you came from, the pages you view, and events such as completing the quiz or check or making a purchase. Where we use their server-to-server tools, we may also send a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address so they can match events to your ad account. Meta and Google may use this information under their own terms and privacy policies, including to improve their services. Our lawful basis is your consent.
We do not collect more than we need. We do not sell your data.
3. Marketing and consent
We send you your results and follow-up emails about email deliverability only if you agree when you give us your details. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
We will never sell your contact details or share them with anyone for their own marketing. The only exception is the advertising measurement described in section 7, which happens only if you accept advertising cookies.
4. Who we share data with
We use trusted platforms and tools to run our services. These include hosting and database providers, payment processing, email and CRM platforms, video and file sharing tools, and security and monitoring tools. They handle your data only on our instructions and under contracts that protect it.
We may also share data where the law requires it, with our professional advisers, or if the business is sold. Apart from the advertising tools in section 7, which run only with your consent, we do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
5. International transfers and security
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK adequacy regulations, the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the ICO if a breach puts you at risk, as the law requires.
6. How long we keep data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Quiz and check data, and marketing records | 24 months after your last interaction, or until you withdraw consent |
| IP address and browser details | 90 days |
| Orders, invoices and payment records | 6 years, for tax and accounting law |
| Access to your systems for Done-With-You | Until the work ends. We ask you to remove it then |
After that we delete the data or anonymise it.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use only essential cookies unless you accept others. If you accept advertising cookies, we use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising tags to measure which ads work, to show our ads to relevant people, and to build audiences such as people who visited our sites. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, under its own policy. We record the campaign tags and ad click IDs in the link you arrive from, so we can tell which campaigns work.
We ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any advertising or analytics cookie or tag runs. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
8. Your rights and complaints
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, move it to another service, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, 0303 123 1113, ico.org.uk.
9. Children, automated scoring, changes and contact
Our services are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Quiz scores and check results are produced automatically. They have no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and they are for information only.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its date. Last updated 15 October 2026.
